The Elkhorn Local History Database consists of the Elkhorn Oral History Project, a collection of recorded interviews from longtime residents of the City of Elkhorn. These unique perspectives give an excellent glimpse into our shared history. In addition, the database contains digitized, searchable editions of the Elkhorn Independent from 1855 to 1915, with further editions to follow. Together, this is an excellent tool for exploring the rich historical heritage of Elkhorn!
